Returns and Shipping Policy

Return Policy


From time to time we may have small or large salvage lots available.  Consider all these items for parts or "Not Working" - They are yours to salvage for parts, repair, refurbish or refinish.  All Salvage Lots are Final Sale and Pick Up Only. Please call the warehouse 705-326-0014 for more information.

Store purchase: Within 7 days with a receipt for store credit or exchange for most items (exclusions listed below). The item must be in original packaging and sellable condition.

  • Carpets: 1 day return for store credit or exchange.
  • Bedding, Digital Media, Video Games and Video Game Consoles, Open Ink and/or Toner Cartridges and Major appliances: FINAL SALE.

Online purchase: You can return most items (see exclusions below) in original packaging and sellable condition for refund within 30 days of receiving it. The original shipping and return shipping cost will be charged or refunded based on the circumstances described below:

  • If the item is broken, faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay for the return shipping, and a full refund will be given upon checking the item.
  • In any other cases, the buyer pays for the return shipping, and we will deduct the original shipping cost from the refund amount.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply
The following online purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Bedding
  • Pillows
  • Digital Media and Video Games
  • Video Game Consoles
  • Ink and/or Toner Cartridges that have been opened
  • Undergarments
  • Any item that is posted "AS-IS" in the description of the product.

Please note, the item must be shipped within 7 days after the return has been authorized. All online purchases must be handled through the website.

All Online refunds take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your customer.

Shipping Policy

Shipping to a P.O. Box can only be done with Canada Post.  Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box with any other carrier selected may be subject to cancelation without notice.  If you are shipping to a P.O. Box please select Canada Post to ship you order.

Processing time: Most orders will ship on the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed/shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Ontario statutory holidays. We do not guarantee order delivery. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Liquidation Nation or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We only ship to Canada & United States of America with the exception of following locations:
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates (American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Island, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO.

Store/Local Pickup Order

Processing time: All-store pickup orders will be processed within 2 business days.
How does it work?: Once the order is placed and processed, an email will be sent to you with directions and when you can pick up the order at your selected store. Please note that you must provide a government-issued photo I.D.


We pride ourselves in being able to offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty with all major appliances.  All other items carry no warranty.


We do not ship our appliances, please contact us if you would like to arrange for our paid delivery option. All Appliances use stock photos visit them in stores to see the actual item.
