- Medium yellow, often used at movie theaters. Crunchy and dense.
- Medium white, larger popped kernels. Full, crispy and very white.
- Purple has less hulls and a slightly different taste that's sweet and nutty. Small, tender kernels.
- Red has fewer hulls and has medium sized kernels.
- Midnight Blue has a sweet, memorable taste and pops slightly smaller.
- Lady Finger popcorn is tender, light and fluffy.
